Open to the Public  FREEDOM TO WORK is potential legislation focused on giving employees at Union companies the option to choose whether they want to have the Union represent them or not.   

 

GOALS:  

  • Create a stronger environment for job growth in Michigan
  • Restore confidence in our local economy
  • Communicate Directly with our key legislative officials
  • Chance for you to get involved and make a difference
  • Better Education

 

SPEAKERS: Terry Bowman, UAW Member and President of Union Conservatives (www.unionconservatives.com) Senator Patrick Colbeck, Caucus member and key influence to Governor Snyder and his leadership team. House Representative Mike Shirkey, Majority WHIP Several local state representatives will also be in attendance.

 

 Note: Arrive early for Networking at 5:15 PM

This is a really long way for me to go, it's been years since I've bothered to go up near Pine Knob (yes, I still will always call it that) or Great Lakes Crossing, but I'm gonna spend the half a tank (or more) of gas and drive on up.
