Big money has a lot of power Elizabeth.

The Governor certainly has been bombarding the populace with his push to gain support!  Town hall type calls, etc.  The medicaid committee meeting in lansing was well attended by those who are pushing for a yea vote.  It was packed!  And not by those of us who stand against it.   A very small amount of those against attended. It looked like the governor had the whole capital staffers attend........lobbyist looking types abounded.  We need to move all who want to stop this legislation, to show a strong force against further help to implement Obamacare!!!!

So much for public outrage.  The Governor has to put out robo-calls to get people upset about this issue.  Why the rush?  Keep hearing legislators talk about "this (whatever it may be) may not be the perfect bill, BUT...  But what?!  Why shouldn't we expect the perfect bill?  If there is a comment expressing that, you've already identified some problems.  Go back to the drawing board.  This is a piece of legislation that will affect EVERY Michigan citizen  - not just the poor children and disabled - who are already being covered.  Thanks for the comment and the sign up. It's really about providing information from both sides and letting the constituents make the decision, not just one man and the lobbyists.

I'm hoping to make sure you retain quality health care when you reach 74 - Ha! Ha!.. Bless your heart Tim, you have a Happy Birthday!  I can in all honesty say, I would never have thought you were 73.  Good clean, conservative living apparently pays off!

Looking forward to this important information.  We are being bombarded with "spin" from the Governors office but nothing with substance.
