Greetings fellow Rattle With Us (and extra special "Writers Group") volunteer. What follows below is an "Action Call" for you to consider writing about the subject matter to be presented. We sincerely hope you will take the time to assist ALL OF AMERICA (TAKE OUR COUNTRY BACK) by participating in shaping Public opinion by taking part in this great First Amendment process of voicing your concerns, correct errors / present facts, state opinion, etc, in response to (or ahead of) the News cycles. Again, THANK YOU...
*** IMPORTANT NOTE *** While we'd love to see all our Letters Published and therefore have the opportunity to influence the masses, we must remember that the more people writing (into any/ALL of these Publishers) about the same topics increases the chances that one will be placed in the Publication and equally (maybe more) important is that we (through our numbers) will begin to influence the Publishers (Editors/Reporters) because they know ACTIVE folks are paying attention to their work and holding them accountable! Keep writing, do NOT get discouraged, it matters (again) even if your work isn't printed.
Also, as stated elsewhere, it is very important to sometimes write when you AGREE with what the Publishers/Editors/Reporters are saying!!! We cannot always only write to complain!!! If you occasionally praise them, they may be more likely to Publish something you write in about when you oppose/challenge/complain-to them.
ACTION CALL (state your agreement or disagreement, correct errors / present facts, or just plain (politely) vent about):
Didn't the Liar-In-Chief (Joe Wilson was 100% correct) say 'we have to avoid words that harm...' and on and on about "violent rhetoric" and harsh tones - he called for "civility" - didn't he?!?! Yet....
Media Matters For America Condones Violent Rhetoric
Poor Media Matters. The George Soros-funded organization whose sole reason for existing is to be a propaganda arm of the Democratic National Committee, embarrassed itself yet again on Tuesday morning by writing a breathless piece condemning the violent rhetoric of union thug Jimmy Hoffa, Jr. First, the actual quote from Hoffa:
"President Obama, this is your army," Hoffa said. "We are ready to march. Let's take these sons of bitches out and give America back to an America where we belong."
"Right-wing bloggers misled by dishonest Fox News video editing are attacking Teamsters President James Hoffa for supposedly urging violence against Tea Party activists during a Labor Day speech. Conservatives are also attacking President Obama, who appeared at the event, for "sanctioning violence against fellow Americans" by failing to denounce Hoffa. But fuller context included in other Fox segments makes clear that Hoffa wasn't calling for violence but was actually urging the crowd to vote out Republican members of Congress.
In an initial report on Hoffa's speech at 1 p.m. on Fox News, Ed Henry reported that Hoffa said that "we'll remember in November who's with the working people" and "said of the Tea Party and of Republicans, 'let's take these sons of bitches out.'
Henry made clear during that segment that Hoffa's comments were references to voting out Republican members of Congress, not to violence. And roughly 20 minutes later, he explained on Twitter that the "full quote" of the "take these son of a bitches out" comment is "Everybody here's got to vote. If we go back & keep the eye on the prize, let's take these sons of bitches out"
Allow us to translate this bit of nonsense as we're guessing your head is spinning just as much as ours was when we first read this laughable piece:
Violent rhetoric is perfectly acceptable as long as we use the context of voting in hate speech. Oh, and FOX!
We here at NTPA always enjoy the attempts by left-wing smear groups to justify their paychecks from George Soros. It's even better when they admit to their own hypocrisy, especially when they don't seem to recognize it.
