I'm sure many of you have seen Congressman McCotter's interview with Gretta Van Sustern. If not, here's the link to it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h5FSUvLIDq4
In it, he misspeaks the number of people that attended our rally in Kellogg Park. (He said there were 200 people.) What he meant to say was that we had 200 people less than they had at the New Hampshire rally he attended after he left ours. We had 1200 people! I spoke with his Chief of Staff today. He assured me that the error was unintentional. He said he was tired and that he had given numerous interviews that day.
He sent me links to two articles that you should read: http://biggovernment.com/tgmccotter/2010/04/15/the-tea-party-a-hear...
Be sure to read the comments as well.
Do not doubt Congressman McCotter's commitment and support for what we are doing. If everyone in Congress thought like McCotter, we wouldn't be doing what we're doing. (I could go back to being retired.)
