Good information can be found at these meetings. I have been to one and believe I am going to this one tomorrow to hear about the "Water being a Public Trust" issue. Sorry I missed this meeting. Cap and trade already exists in water rights in the desert Southwest. The Obama Administration has bought the permanent water rights from two tribes in the area and will be doing more. Two House Bills on the subject a couple of months back. Scary stuff ...
